INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms in these apartments.

In the houses it is not allowed to organize parties and events or to host other people.

At Barcis there is separate collection, guests are required to differentiate the waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers located in the country.

Guests are asked to leave the kitchenette clean, otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged.

Services included: Initial bed and bathroom linen supply, energy consumption, heating and WIFI.

On request: extra cleaning and extra linen 10 euros per person.

Disabled access: Casa Cavatori - Casa Pagnocca 4 - Cjasa Ustin Cellina.

In some houses it is possible to add a bed or a cot on request.

Pets on request only allowed in some homes with surcharge of € 30 for each pet (maximum 2 pets).

In some houses and in some periods a minimum number of nights is required.

Check-in must be done from 16 to 19 and Check-out must be done before 10.30.

For check-in you need the identity documents / passports of all the people who will stay in the accommodation. 

To confirm the reservation, 30% of the amount is required as a deposit, which will be retained in case of cancellation by the customer.
